Sheet metal usually deforms some sheet metal by stamping through technology or die to form the desired shape and size, and can further form more disordered parts through welding or a few machining, which is lower in cost than die casting. The shielding box made of sheet metal has poor tightness. Relevant problems can only be solved through some central shielding. The sheet metal shielding box is generally made of 1~5mm thick stainless steel plate, and materials of different thickness are selected according to the size and bearing capacity of the cabinet.
Selection of auxiliary materials
Sealant, sealing rubber ring, used for protection of structural gap of cabinet accessories, cable joint for cable import and export and other protective measures.
It is generally used in the design of sheet metal cabinet with high waterproof level, which can achieve high waterproof effect. However, the waterproof design of secondary beer plastic also has its shortcomings, that is, it is difficult to make, high cost and high maintenance cost. Therefore, only sheet metal cabinets with special requirements can use this waterproof design.
